Won easily; second the same. r Jjady Uncas was lucky and is in fine form. She was well ridden and won going away. Bellario haB a sore mouth which caused him to break slowly and lose a lot of ground but he closed with a tremendous rush in the stretch, is much improved and will probably beat good ones from now on. Cervera broke running and displayed brilliant speed but tired at the end. Roxane had not much chance at the start but finished like i whirlwind. Wayward Boy was easily best, moved to the front with a rare burst of speed on the stretch turn and won easing up. Rappenecker ran a game race and was going strongly at the nd. Marothen is probably still short, as he waB tiring in the last furlong. Piederich was many lengths out of the race at the half, but finished with a great rush. He requires a strong, vigorous rider and a longer distance. Donna Henrietta showed -speed for six furlongs. Sentry quit badly in the stretch and is best in mud or on a cuppy track.
