The latter finished with a rash, bnt just a trifle too late. Little Emmy Bhowed a good tarn of speed for rive furlongs. The Rabbit finished well. She runs best in the mad. Herse showed oarly speed. Barilla tired badly in tho last eighth. Uncle Tom showed a sudden improvement, Joe Collins ran well for six furlongs. Little Elkins race was below his true form. Bur-nie Burton moved np fast just before entering the stretch and after a short drive with Money Muss along about the paddock gate drew away easily and won under restraint. Money Mobs did his best and ran right to the mark. The Pride was always outran. Sea Qaeen showed speed, bat began to tire rapialy after the first half mile had been ran. Denman Thompson finished fast and s.rongly, bat Hicks was of little help to him, Cobarns vigorous ride on the winner proving too much for him to contend with. Helen Paxton closed up rapidly in tho last eighth and ran in much improved form. Precursor is thick winded and the strong breeze that blew down the stretch stopped him.
