Commissioner Forster is a slow beginner and closed a big gap after ha got to going well. He is evidently handicapped in mnd. Dr. 8charff failed to stay. Flourish, Porous and Louwelsea retired quickly after a flash of speed, tho latters showing baing much out of line. Ingo is a good looker. Sir Lewis, ahow, 21 to 1. Hainault, show, 6 to 5.
