Automaton ran a surprisingly good race and tiptoed bis field all the way, but was tiring at the end. Mseterful was hard ridden all the way and showed improvement. Ida Penzance saved ground on all turns and ran her race. Fake was never a strong factor and can do much bettor. Churchill ran well. Life Line showed early speed. Overweights Churchill, 5 pounds. Ed Gartland II. showed early speed, but does not favor a long route, Eda BlJei was badly ridden. Frank McConnell quit badly after going a half and can do xjochutter.
