Oakingtan was best and prominent throughout. He came away at the end rather easily. Kentucky Rose held on in improved fashion and shows steady improvement. Buttons was badly interfered with on the stretch turn. Decoration finished fast, coming from far back in the last quarter. Lord Turco was going strongly at the end. Franklyn C. closed a gap from a bad break. Muzio was away tangled up and a slow beginner and was much bothered the first half. i Oakingtan, show, 4 to 1. Kentucky Rose, show, 6 to 5. He was pocketed under a choking pull to the stretch, where he was jostled and nearly went down, essayed an almost impossible task, but with clear sailing he finished like a whirlwind. Wealth, steadily improving, waited on the pacemaker, moved to the front on the turn and looked all over a winner and was unprepared for Operators challenge at the end. Argregor displayed a fine turn of speed in running close up from the start and finished fast. Grand Opera went well throughout, but lacked brilliancy, as he beat the gate but hadnt speed enough to take advantage of it. Handicapper was fast for six furl longs. Homestead, away badly, trailed the bunch throughout and was easing up at the end. QEP Operator, show, 1 to 2. Wealth, show, evens. Argregor, show, 7 to 5. Grand Opera, show, 3 to 5. Duster, on the outside, and uold Money, on the imide, drew out together when straightened for the wire, and, both running true and game, the Keene filly, evidently a good one, was given the verdict. Ada Nay found the distance short and was closing very strong at the end. Mamari led the field the first three furlongs, but not in her usual decisive fashion and, although tiring badly, she kept going to the end. Mary Street made a strong bid a furlong out and was easing up at the end. Scratched 33305 Anna Daly. 110; 331032Miladi Love, 110. Duster, show, out. Gold Money, show, out. Ada Nay, show, 4 to 5. Gunfire immediately took a long and winning lead and was only cantering the last half to beat Par Excellence, which closed very fast and gamely and ran the best race of har career. Torchlight, evidently short, trailed the field and moved up fast on the stretchturn, but tired at the end. 8he should improve greatly. Adelaide Prince failed to stay and had hardly recovered from her recent long race on the long grass course and can do better. Scratched 33356 Blanche Herman, 111 ; 32537 Barouche, 111. Philippine was nearly left, but his speed was reserved for the final quarter. He made good with a sensational rush and was much the best. Mosketo possibly made his run too early, was otherwise successfully handled and was an improved horse at the distance. Carrier Pigeon, which had trailed the first part, came strong at the end. Bessie McCarthy ran an improved race. Shandonfleld was very badly handled and was easily third best. Alsike tired to a walk after a brief lead at the end of the first mile. The pacemakers, one after another, stopped badly. Philippine, snow, 3 to 5. Mosketo, show, evens. Carrier Pigeon, show, 2 to 1. Bessie McCarthy, 3how. ovens.
