NOTICE. Daily Racing Foem is a publication which is milt by its staff from day to day. Its "form" and the number of its charts are copyrighted. The chart numbers are so arranged that legal identifi-oation is easy of proof. The selections and ,handi-sap figures attached to entries are arranged on the lame basis. The latter come from the work of four ixperts after the telegraphic receipt of charts and intriea. All persons are warned not to use said ahart or index numbers, selections or handicap figures, POCKET FORM BOOKS. Daily Racing Foem now has ready for delivery and will issue nightly, to subscribers only, sheets for a eondensed pocket book of local form, which willreach subscribers by 9 rtX oclock p. m. of each racing day. Subscribers will be required te buy a stout cloth cover and device with patent eyes and pins. Price .00. The books will contain charts of the racing at Memphis up to and including April 14. It is built to last the entire local aaason. The copyrighted index numbers of Daily Facing Foem will be used in the charts and entries so that a complete connection with Daily Racing Foem and its monthly publications will be made.
