RESULTS AT HARLEM. Favonius proved to be much the best in the feature event offered by the Chicago Jockey Club at Harlem yesterday, a dash of one mile with 00 added. Strong backing for Vulcain and Brulare allowed punters to get as good as 4 to 1 on Favonius, a price that waB far out of line in the light of his performances hereabouts. He took the track at flag fall and making his own pace throughout won easily by a length from Brulare, which beat Vnlcain the same distance for second place. While at the post in the first raoe Queen of Dix lana ran away to a false start, losing her jockey in the first half and going about a mile before she was stopped. Wilkerson remounted and took her back to the post. When the flag went down Queen of Dixiana moved up fast, and taking the lead held it easily to the end, winning by one and one-half lengths from The Rabbit, which beat Somersault one for second place. Lendin took the seven-furlongs dash for two-year-olds by a head from Topsoil in a hot drive. Glen-don finished a beaten off third. Rose Tree had an easy time of it in the third race, winning by two lengths from Lady Idris, which beat A. D. Gibson a half for second place. Preetorius took the fifth in a drive by a half length from Ernest Parham, on which Huzzah, Ravensbury and "Rollick II. were lapped at the finish in the order named. The last race went to the favorite, Orontas, which won in a canter by one and a half lengths from Picquart on which Searcher finished lapped at the end. The track had dried out and in case no rain falls today will be fast. The largest crowd of the week was present and witnessed a good days sport.
