NOTES OF THE TURF. The Hawthorne judges have issued this order: "On and after Monday, September l.the suspension of jockey Buchanan is removed, but only so far as the stable of his contract employer, S. C. Hildrath, i concerned." It is reported that M. Kaha has a contract for area years on the services of the lightweight jockey i Bobbins, who has met with much success of late on the local tracks. Robbins has had fifteen mounts hero this summer and has Teturned eight of them winners. Details of the running of the Futurity will be called in thefgrandstand at Hawthorne this after-1 noon.
