Arachne was quickest to get in motion, showed the most speed and was at home in the going. Aratoma was hustled along all the way and was easily the best of the others. Provost came strongly at the finish. The Bronze Demon did not run to her form and Booker did not seam to make an effort with her until too late. Boittie closed up stroDgly from a poor beginning ana would have , won had it not been for the interference. Lady Trebla came fast in the last furlong under a hard drive. Lord Frazer began slowly, but made up much ground in the run down the backstretch and outgamed Enclaire in the final drive. The latter showed the most early speed, but was doing her best from flag fall. Iola dropped out of it, but came again and got third place in the last stride. .Dandie Belle ran her race and had no mishaps, but weakened at the finish. Scratched 35707Optional, 104. Bonnie Burr was outrun in the first part of the race, but finished strongly under a vigorous ride. Judge Voor-hees caught Reeves tiring in the run homo and got third place in the last stride. Benckart was made too much use of in the first part of the race and had nothing left when the pinch came. Old Mike quit after racing with the leaders for the first half mile. Aden went to the front in the first fnrlong, opened up a winning gap in the early stages and won in a canter. It was Jiggers kind of a track and he made the most of it, came fast in the stretch and easily pased Cormac. Georgia Gardner was taken very wide on the turn for home and lost a lot of ground.
