Esherin, outrun early, finished fast and strongly throughout the stretch. Bell Reed fell away after being prominent for five furlongs and is a pronounced quitter. Seiie was going well at the end. Little Margaret, away poorly and always outrun, was handicapped in the soft going. Estoy Listo, a good looker, was not ready and was nearly left and closed a tremendous gap.
