STAKES CLOSE TODAY. The list of stakes offered by the New Louisville Jockey Club close for entries at midnight of this day. Thty embrace many of the most important fixtures of the American turf. The list is headed by the Kentucky Derby of 1904, three-year-olds, value ,000, one and a quarter miles; the Kentucky Oaks of 1904, three-year-old fillies, value ,000, one and a sixteenth miles; the Nursery Stakes of 1904, two-year-olds, value ,000, four and a half furlongs; the Debutante Stakes, two-year-old fillies, ,000 added, one-half mile; the Bashford Manor Stakes, for two-year-old colts and gelflings, ,000 added, four and a half furlongs ; the Juvenile Stakes, two-year-olds, ,000 added, five-eighths of a mile; the Clark Handicap, three-year-olds and upward, ,500 added, ono and one-sixteenth miles; the Frank Fehr Stakes, three-year-olds and upward, ,000 added, one mile; the Blue Grass Stakes, three-year-olds, ,000 added, six and a half furlongs; the Steeplechase Handicap, ,C00 added, full course.
