Poorlands forced the pace from the start and, being excessively used, suffered from an incompetent ride ard was easily best. Kenilworth, lucky and skillfully ridden, forged into the lead on the far turn, came away without great urging in the stretch, seemingly outclassed the field and is a high class horse. Princess Titania ran a high class race, was the only serious contender throughout and was closing up very fast at the end. Yellow Tail, away poorly, clcsed up a big gap and finished fast. Lady Kent, bndiy ridden, failed to stay and was probably outclassed. Mocorito quit badly after running a gocd five furlongs, fctuyve practically had no chance at the start, but closed up a tremendous gap. Flush of Gold disliked the going. Kenilworth, show, 1 to 3.
