LITTLE ROCK FEATURES. Secretary Brown, of the Arkansas Jockey Club, has given out the dates set for the running of the three stakes offered by the Arkansas Jockey Club. The Capitol Hotel Stakes, four furlongs, 00 added, is set for the opening day of the meeting, March 23. The Arkansas Derby will be decided March 2G. The final stake of the meeting, the An-lieuser-Busch Stakes, for all-aged horses, is to be run on March 28, the final day. For the Derby the following three-year-olds remain eligible to start: Rankin, Lord Touchwood, Dr. Kammerer, Oronte, Lord Touch-bourne, Canyon, Au Revoir, Ruralist, Crime, Maverick, Senator Bush, Banter, Don Ernesto, War Cry, Mindora, Lacy Crawford, Sigmund, Hetzel, Barca, Prince Eugene, Jo-sette. Indications are that few owners will make the trip from Montgomery Park to Little Rock this year to take part in the racing. J. W. Schorr, G. C. Bennett and others who have heretofore sent part of their racing strings to Arkansas will be represented not at all or by very small strings this season. The Little Rock meeting will be conspicuous this season for the return of "Umbrella" McGuigans colors to the turf. McGuigan is represented in the Capitol Hotel Stakes by several two-year-olds that have been named. Fog Horn is a colt by Mas-etto Wildflower. Ascot is a bav colt by Plaudit Marita.
