As the race was declared off there was no action and the bet was a draw. Charles S-, Chicago. At New Orleans, Dec. 8, the track was fast for the first two races and slow the last four, because of rain. As you state the matter the bet was off. G. A., Detroit, Mich. The odds was quoted correctly and due to place betting at the track. John Doe, Louisville, Ky. It was the elder Bullman, the one most known, who rode in the race inquired about. Geo. S., Chicago. Scorpio was 1 to 3 to show. L. J. D., Kansas City, Mo. The mare Regea is by Margrave Regalia, and showed fairly good speed in some of her races.
