"BIG BILL" IS TO TAKE A REST. New York, July 19. Willie Knapp Is to have a vacation. Edward R. Bradley, has come to the conclusion, that the jockey has had too much work. Knapp accordingly has been ordered to make himself scarce for a week anyway, and for two If he feels that he needs that much rest Knapp has been steadily at work for five years. Mr. Bradley attributes Knapps failure to ride to form recently to staleness. The boy appears to have lost his wonted address and courage.
