SAM MOST IS REINSTATED. New Orleans. La., February 6. — The executive committee of the City Park Jockey Club, acting on the recommendation of Judge Trevelyan, has reinstated bookmaker Sam Most, who was ruled off here last winter. It was alleged that Most had attempted to bribe jockey B. Smith to place one of his mounts. Chris Martin, who got into trouble at the same track, has also applied for reinstatement and the suspension against him will probably be lifted at the next meeting of the American Turf Association.
