I ] CONDENSED HISTORY OF THE PALACE HOTEL HANDICAP. A This afternoon will be marked by the thirteenth running of the Palace Hotel Handicap. It is one of the laagest established events offered by the California Jockey Club, and in its lime has fallen to such thoroughly good racers as ltiiinait.
