BUTLER AGAIN ASKS FOR DATES. Mew York. February 22. — James Butler has renewed his application for a license for the Kmpire city Track. A hearing will be held before the State Racing Commission tomorrow morning. Mr. Butler desires to race during August, or in opi osition to the Saratoga meeting. He said tonight, that lie had given assurance that all reasonable Improvements demanded by the Commission would be made at the course if the license is granted.
