TO RATIFY LOUISVILLE MERGER. New Orleans. La., March 12. — It Is said that the principal business on hand for the coming meeting Of the American Turf Assix-ia lion, which will be held on Friday in the others of the City Park Jockey Club, is the ratification of the agreement between the Louisville Jockey Club and the Douglas Iark Jockey Club. Several jockeys will also make an I dication for reinstatement. Among them John Treubel. J. B. Seagram, of Toronto, is using every Influence to have Treubel restored to good standing. He wants him to ride for him at Toronto this spring.
