WANTS RECEIVER FOR ESSEX PARK. Rome Respess Asks That Affairs of Hot Sprinqs Jockey Club Be Wound Up. Little Back, Ark.. March 12.— J. P.. Kespess, through his attorneys, this morning Sled a pettttoa in the Federal Court asking that a receiver !«• appointed to lake charge of the Basel Park race track properly. It is set forth that the petitioner is the holder of more than SH,*M in bonds of the Bssex Park property, and thai the property is now ui iiu lo waste. A receiver is asked for who will have ailthorily to wind up the business of the Hot Springs Jockey Club, dispose i the property to the best advantage and make returns lo the creditors.
