It is set forth that the petitioner is the holder of more than SH,*M in bonds of the Bssex Park property, and thai the property is now ui iiu lo waste. A receiver is asked for who will have ailthorily to wind up the business of the Hot Springs Jockey Club, dispose i the property to the best advantage and make returns lo the creditors.
