FATHER TALLENT IS DEAD. Lexington, Ky.. The Breeding Bureau officials declined to accept Bondage. They say he is too small for their purposes. Chamblet has been placed with II. F. Green, of Kattaws; Fernrock, with F. D. Wideni.iti. of franklin, and Hallowmas, with K. M. Couch, of Cannel Cits. The stallions were shipped to their new homes yesterday.
