WILL BUILD A WINDBREAK. New York, April 28. — one of the directors of the Queens Counly Jockey Club said today at Jamaica, that all records for attendance at Aqueduct were broken at the meeting that closed yesterday. He said further that to further popularize the track, a high stone wall will probably lie built just outside the paddock to keep off those chilly blasts from Jamaica Bay.
