Petulant, the chestnut colt out of Normas Pet. is the first -of the get of George C. Bennetts good horse Abe Frank to race. Petulant was bred by Mr. Bennett at his farm near Memphis. He is a half brother to Quaint. Slow Poke and Lucky Pet. If ielulent races as well as did his daddy, no one will have a kick to register against him. Maxlon. the bay colt by Cameron -Pensee Triste, was bonghl by William Gent from Milton Young. His dam is an Fnglish mare by Tristan, which was brought over in 1903. Little Shrimp, the bay gelding by Bonnie Joe — Stella Campbell, was bred in the Indian Territory by C. B. Campbeil. Nettie 7... the bay filly by Aintree-Tufa, was one of the cheapest yearlings sold last year. She was br.d by Cohmel I.. P. Tarltoa at the Fleetwood Stud in Kentucky and was sold by auction at Douglas Park last September to John Zurboig for 5. She is a full sister to Bill Cozier. Pirate Dtana, the bay filly by Pirate of Pen-annce — Diana, is a half sister to Lochiuvar and Toi San. She was bred by Millon Young and sold to Bdward rrye for M. The three beginners at Oakland are California-bred. Wherewithal is a half brother, to Helen Dare. Cloiio is a half sister to l.asscn. P.ilora and Peggy ONeal. Castile is a half brother to Craudilu.
