The California-bred rearlteg by Orate! — YUeaa is dead. Dan Boss has purchased the Contract on jockey B. Nichols. It has two years to run. Bond may ride at the Denver and F.ittte meetings. Boil Ballet and .1. M.-Govcrn have secured the betting privileges for the meetings at Anaconda and Bozeman on the Montana circuit.
