FOUST LAW IS CONSTITUTIONAL. Memphis. Tetin.. June 10. -The decision of Judge Falmer that tin- Fount anti-betting law is invalid goea for naught. Tbe copy of the title of the bill before Judge Falmer contained a typographical error. Inspection of the original bill by attorneys for the New Memphis Jockey Club has caused them to advise that the law is entirely consitutional and that there be no further effort to test it. This means that there will be no racing in Tennessee with betting until the Foust law is wiped oil the statutes by legislative action. Tbe next legislature will convene eighteen months hence.
