King Folly was waited with until well into the homestretch before making a move, then caught the leaders tiring in the last furlongs and, with a great burst of speed, won going away. Green Dale, well up and a game contender at all stages, outstayed Gloryar when it came lo the final drive. The latter showed the most early speed and was bustled along bard all the way. Feast was outrun in the early stages and taken tlie long route, going wide on every turn, but finished gamely. Seymour Rentier showed superior earlv speed, but tired under his weight in the stretch drive. Missouri Lad was outrun for tlie first half, then closed a big gap and finished very fast. Mark Aniony II. ran a fast three-quarters and quit. Cobuiosa ran a good, game race.
