EPIDEMIC OF COUGHING. New York, July 25. There Is an epidemic of coughing among the horses at the Long Island tracks. Horsemen arc unable to account for it. In the late, cold spring during all the unfavorable weather that prevailed, there was no sickness at all at any of the tracks. Now that the weather Is line many horses have been prevented from tilling stake engagements.
