BOOKER REPORTED REINSTATED. It is reported that Judge A. W. Hamilton has reinstated jockey Alvin Booker to good standing and that Booker will ride at Arcadia throughout the meeting. He was set down Indefinitely by Judge Hamilton at Ascot Park last February for giving the horse George E. Milner a bad ride.
