PERRY BELMONT WILL RETIRE. Lexington, Ky., November IS. Hon. Perry Belmont, it is officially stated tonight, will close out his horse interests In Kentucky excepting the staI- lion Ethelbert. His broodmares and yearlings will be sold at auction here immediately following the sale by the Fasig-Tipton Company. The farm will be subleased, and Dr. J. H. Carter, the manager, will return to his home at Mt. Holly, N. J. Ethelbert- will be turned over to some Kentucky breeder. t -
