DERBY FOR ENGLANDS COLONIAL BREEDERS A proposal from colonial owners and breeders which finds favor in England is that an Imperial Derby should be instituted In England to be run In August September or October proper weight for age allowance to be given to cpU and fillies foaled south of tho line Canadians Australians New Zealanders East Indians ami South Africans would certainly support such a race and it would encour ¬ age horse breeding in the colonies
