DEAN OF AMERICAN TRAINERS LAID AWAY AWAYLqxington Lqxington Ky May S The funeral of Frank A Jones the veteran trainer who died here Tuesday morning was held at the Lexington Cemetery chapel this afternoon Dean William T Capers of the Church of Christ Cathedral officiated The pall l earers were S K Hughes Milton Young Kobert Itolloway George II Whitney G D Wilson and Omrles W Moore The expenses of the funeral were paid by the State Racing Commission out of a fund which is created l y the issuance of licenses to trainers and jockeys Mr Jones was eighty years old Death resulted after an Illness of only two days He had at the Kentucky Association track a small striug of horses owned by George Whitney of this city and James B Brady of New York and was preparing to ship them east when taken 111
