KENTUCKY RACING COMMISSIONS ACTION Louisville Ky May 27 The Kentucky Stale Racing Commission hold its regular monthly meet ¬ ing here today exMayor Grainger Colonel Milton Young and Colonel jack Chinn representing a quorum of the commission were present Applications for licenses were considered and new racing rules acted upon It was expected In some quarters that the applications of jockeys George Mountain and D Austin would bo favorably considered but they were held for further Investigation The license of Vincent B Foy which had been granted under a misunderstanding was revoked George Hollos ap ¬ plication for a license was held over for further consideration The expenditure of 150 funeral ex ¬ penses of tUe late Frank A Jones was approved
