MR CORRIGAN MAY RACE DOWN EAST EASTNew New York July 10 An inspired announcement was made at Brighton Beach today to the effect that the Coney Island Jockey Club oflicials had the rein ¬ statement of Edward Corrigau under discussion at a meeting today and that it had been unanimously decldad to restore him to all privileges of their race course which had been denied him for many years past Prior to 1S1 Mr Corrigan raced his horses over the eastern tracks at will In that year he desired to start his colt Huron in the Futurity but the clnh held that Huron had been declared out at the time of or prior o his purchase from Belle Meade Farm Mr Corrigan thought otherwise and secur ing an injunction forced the club to allow his colt to start Huron ran second but was ignored in the placing second place being given to Yorkville Belle and third to Dagonet Corrigan sued for second money and lost the case after It had been carried to the court of last resort This was the cause of his being barred from eastern racing
