game but swerving second Selectman outpaced in the early running closed np rapidly on the inside in the last quarter and outstayed Edward for third place In a hard drive Edward outbroke and outpaced the others for five and a half furlongs before he tired and wrfs badly impeded in the last six ¬ teenth by Bobbin Statesman ran in striking distance pursuit of the leaders throughout and was garte and going fast at the end El Picaro trailed the others for half the journey and closed a big cap at the end Torbellino prominent for a half mile quit badly when knocked about seriously in the last furlong
