ST LOUIS ORGANIZATION PERFECTED St Louis Mo September 9 The Missouri Breed ers Association perfected its organization today Judge Joseph Murphy presided and such well known sportsmen as Barney Schreiber Bert Hoffman Max Orthwein Lacy Crawford Judge W M Henderson Sam Lazarus Guj Fisher James Bright Gaty Pallen and others were present The committee decided to not hold the meeting that was contemplated for the week beginning September 19 as the time was too short to arrange the program A sevendays meet ¬ ing may be held commencing the first week in Oc ¬ tober This matter will be decided tomorrow
