NEW ORLEANS RACING PLANS GO ON ONNew New Orleans La September 10 There will he racing in New Orleans this winter according to confident statements made by prominent persons in ¬ terested in both the City Park and Crescent City Jockey Clubs although dates have as yet not been announced and must necessarily be somewhat cur ¬ tailed on account of the fact that the sources of income during the meetings will have to be entlrely from gate receipts and the sale of bar and restaur ¬ ant privilegesThe privileges The death of President D H Barnes of the City Park Jockey Club will not affect the general plans of the racing people
