Spanish Prince, off forwardly. followed Babble closely and, moving up on the far turn and iinishing with a great stretch rush, ran into an easy lead and won going away. Babble broke from an inside position and showed the most speed for a half mile before she tired. Gunshot broke from the extreme outside and was forced to go around on the outside to get to the leaders, then finished fast. Harold Junior was a forward contender until straightened out in the homestretch. Rock-a-Walkin, an extra good looker, ran very green. Overweights Architect. 2 pounds. Botanist outbroke his opponents and dashed into n long lead before they had goiie a furlong, but tired badly in the stretch and finished driving hard to stall oil Conslstents challenge. The latter was dropped in behind the leaders and under slight restraint for three furlongs, then finished gamely under punishment and gaining on the leader at every stride. Superstition ran a good race, met with Interference at the start and was repeatedly cut off in the first half mile. Laura A. ran well. Billle Hlbbs was short. The winner interfered with Belle Strome and Consistent at the half-mile ground, where he swerved over and cut them off. The winner was entered for 00: no bid. Bedouin outbroke his opponents, but was taken back and trailed until founding the far turn, where he moved up, but broke down at the three-eighths post aud. stumbling, lost his rider.
