Del Cruzador, fresh aud good, dashed into an early lead and displayed brilliant speed throughout, winning slightly eased up. Enfield, in a sharp last sixteenth drive, proved a better stayer than Osorine. The latter was under the whip all of the final eighth and tired only in the closing strides. Dredkln was in close quarters next to the rail all of the final hundred yards and could not get through. Little Flush ran a cracking good race, finishing with a rush. Cool raced John C. Rice into defeat in the first half and loomed up like the winner, but tired suddenly in the closing strides. Ardis ran a good race and finished gamely. John C. The latter showed the most speed for one and an eighth miles, but tired when the pinch came. Nattle Bumppo, in a long stretch drive next to the rail, finished gamely.
