LOCKE LAW VICTIMS TO JAIL. Now Orleans. La.. April 5. — Capiases were issued this afternoon for the arrest of W. W. I.yles. the vteran Kentucky turfman, R. M. Sheffield and Pla- iele Krigerio. bookmakers, to begin their sentence of seven months in the parish prison for violating the Locke anti-racing law at Citv Park. It has ln-en und -rstMMl that they would not serve the full sentence out. but for some cause, there was no stay-in the- sentence and officers Were dispatched to locate the in. Each must pay a fine of 50 besides.
