MONTREALS PROPOSED .OUTLAW MEETING. Toronto, Onf., July 27. Notice has been issued that such a running meeting as that winch is proposed to be held at the half-mile track at De Lorimier Iark, Montreal, will not be recognized by the Canadian Kacing Associations, and that all horses, owners, trainers, riders and other participants will not be allowed to take part in racing on the mile tracks. It is reported from Montreal that the DulTerin Park interests, including Mark Boasberg as ringmaster and director-general, are behind this latest move, which is likely to bring racing into disfavor.
