UTAH JOCKEY CLUB CHANGES CHANGESSalt Salt Lake City Utah February 18 The Utah Joekev Club has practically completed arrangements for its spring meeting at the IJuena Vista course beginning May 14 and ending July 4 The control of the track recently passed to President John Condron of this city who now holds practically all the stock in the chih The track will be remodeled and the stabling capacity doubled to accommodate the thousand or more horses expected for the spring meeting meetingKithard Kithard Dwver will be general manager and starter Frank Skinner will be presiding judge and Martin Nathansoii of Chicago will be racing secre ¬ tary and handicapper
