LATONIA INDICTMENT DISMISSED Cincinnati O February 22 Judge Frank M Traey in the Keuton County Ky Court twlay dis ¬ missed the indictment against the 1utoiiiu Agricul ¬ tural Association otherwise known as the Latonia Jockey Club The Indictment charged that the asso ¬ ciation permitted gAming by allowing the old book making system instead of the parimutuel system which is the oiily method of speculation authorised by the Kentucky State Bacing Commissiim The dismissal was made on demurrer filed by attorney Harvey Myers who is also presideut of the Lntoiiia Jockey Club
