BROOKLYN AND SUBURBAN DECLARATIONS New York February 25 The following horses have been declared out of the Brooklyn Handicap Ballot Helmet Affliction Sweep Woolwinder and Boggs Declarations from the Suburban include Woolwinder Helmet Grasinere The Fad Topland and Boggs The declaration of Ballot from the Brooklyn is taken as an indication that the horse needs a more extensive course of training after his English campaign than can bo had before the Brooklyn date It may therefore be taken for granted that Ballot will not be seen under colors until the Sheepshead Bay meeting in June
