DISCLAIMS INTENTION OF QUITTING. II. B. Dwryes has aired Woodford Clay a repudiation of the Interview recently sent out from Lxing-I011 in which be was quoted as saving that be would resign frm the Jockey Club if the Agnew-lVrkliis bills Kboald be passed by the New fork Legislature in their present form. Mr. Duryea declares that he has no intention of leaving the Jockey Club and that he will continue to have as Brack interest in horse lacing as ever, no matter what bills are passed by the Near York Legislature.
