PIMLICO HAS A DISQUALIFICATION. Ethon Set Back for Fouling Chepontuc — Jockey S. Davis Pilots Four Winners. Battinnri. Md.. April 27. With an improvement in track conditions at Pladico this afternoon came a corresponding improvement in tin- sport. A Majority of the racea furnished stirring contests with the finishes in four of them so close as to leave the winner in doubt until the official nlacing was displayed. I.l Ion. the favorite, which was an easy first at the finish, being set back for fouling Chepootac.
