THOROUGHBREDS KILLED BY LIGHTNING. Lexington, Ky.. July 2.- In a treeless pasture on James B. HaggbVa Elni.n.lorf Farm during a sever.- electrical storm about daylight this morning. 1B - thoroughbred mares and three foals were killed and two other mares were stunned by lightning.
