VAN ZEE iiuished resolutely alter closing a big gap steadily from a slow start. PLEASANT made up much ground and finished fust, and so did EDEN HALL. WHIN. HEKKIMEIt set the nace fast to the stretch, was best and should have won. but was taken through the deep going next to the rail in the stretch and tired near the end. BOSSEAIX ran I irwardlv and gamelv. but tired in the stretch drive. The others were alwavs outrun, but DI KE OF iiBMONDE ran f.-.irly well.
