HELMET soon ran imo third place and staved there, but could not improve his position in the final drive. COFNTLESS closed a big gap and finished fast. SIR JOHN JOHNSON was doing his best all the way. HANBUIPGE ran as if short. BLACK MATE ran a good race and finished gamely, but in the racing through the stretch carried WOODCRAFT to the extreme outside and was disqualified. WOODCRAFT closed a big gap into a fast going seeoml, was much the best and would have won anyhow hut for the foul. THE SOJTBE ran prominently all the way and hung 011 well. DORANTE ran fairly well.
