RACE TRACK PROGRAMMER DIES. Washington Bandoaae. tor many years a familiar figure on the eastern race tracks, died Sunday at his home in New York of rheumatism and a com pi lea lion of diseas.-s. Mr. Baudoine was 58 years old and leaves a sou and two .laughters. For a number of years be had the program privilege at the different New York tracks, but last season and his Illness prevented him from taking an active part in. the business, iu which he accumulated a fortune.
