HERMIS TO GO TO FRANCE. Cincinnati, O.. September 12. — H. M. Zieglor is planning to ship the stallion Hermls to France next month with the idea of finding a market for him in that country, where racing is prosperous. Hermis career was a brilliant one from the time he was acquired by Mr. Ziegler for $: .:;oo until be was retired by E. R. Thomas, who paid ?60.000 for him. The latter purchased him from L. V. Hell, who got the horse from Mr. Ziegler for 915,000 and half of the stake that Hermis won at Saratoga the dav be was sold. Hermis is represented on the turf in this country y Helenc. a speedy filly. He had been mated with but few mares when Mr. Ziegler got him ai the dispersal sab of Mr. Thomas stud for 90,000. Mr. Ziegler thinks Hermis will get his opportunity abroad, and he most likely will be sent to the stud of Boron Rothschild, whose trainer. .1. I.
